Our first week of tours since we reopened after Cyclone Narelle is complete! We’ve seen a variety of marine life, coming face to face with turtles, rays, and sharks almost every day!

We’re running a full schedule next week, so join us on a memory making snorkel tour of the wonderful Ningaloo Reef 🤿🪸🐠

We’ve had a great first week out on the water again, and it’s been feeling like home again.

We’ve seen endless fish dancing through the coral, rays resting on the sand, and turtles munching on their lunch.

After cyclone Narelle it’s been pretty special to be back out there sharing it with you all.

If you’ve been thinking about getting out on the reef, now’s the time. Spots are filling up and the conditions have been incredible.

Come join us 💙

The coral here in Ningaloo is extremely special. Accessible, diverse, and relatively untouched, it’s one of the best places on Earth to experience a reef up close.

There are 300+ species of coral, which supports 500+ species of fish, and megafauna like whale sharks, manta rays, and turtles.

Here you’ll find: Hard corals (like brain and staghorn) building the reef structure, and Soft corals adding colour and movement.

This mix makes Ningaloo visually rich and ecologically diverse!

Come and check it out for yourself 🪸

Cape Immersion Tours will be running again from Monday the 13th! 🌊🐠

Following Cyclone Narelle, we’re excited to announce that we’ll be welcoming guests back out on the water to experience the magic of Ningaloo once again.

While the region has been impacted, the reef remains resilient and full of life. Since the cyclone, we’ve already spotted dolphins, dugongs, and even baby turtles—an incredible reminder of how special this place truly is.

Before planning your trip, just a couple of important things to keep in mind:
• Please ensure you have confirmed accommodation booked before arriving
• Touch base with your accommodation provider prior to travel

Our town is still finding its feet after the cyclone, so we ask visitors to be mindful and understanding of the community and local businesses as recovery continues.

Thanks so much for your ongoing support—we’re really looking forward to getting back out there and sharing Ningaloo with you again 💙

A quick update; Cape Immersion Tours is still temporarily closed while our beautiful region recovers 🌿

Like many in Exmouth and along the Ningaloo Coast, we’ve experienced impacts to infrastructure, access, and the environment we’re so lucky to share with you every day. The safety of our guests, team, and community is our top priority, and for now, it’s important we give the area time to recover.

The good news is that Ningaloo is incredibly resilient 💙 The reef remains strong and will continue to be an amazing experience for visitors once it’s safe to return. Since the cyclone, we’ve already seen dolphins, dugongs, and baby turtles making their way into the ocean — a beautiful reminder of how quickly nature can bounce back 🐬🐢

We’re incredibly grateful for the hard work happening behind the scenes to restore roads, services, and support the local community.

While we’re disappointed to pause our tours, we’re hopeful and excited to welcome you back as soon as it’s safe to do so — to once again experience the magic of Ningaloo together.

Thank you so much for your patience, support, and understanding during this time 💛

We’ll keep you updated here as things progress.

A selfie that’s hard to beat 📸

Manta rays are gentle giants with the largest brain-to-body ratio of any fish. Known for their intelligence, curiosity, and filter-feeding on plankton, they glide effortlessly through Ningaloo Reef🪸
