Another awsome job done by Adam at fusion fabrication. New 3 mm alloy fuel tank with baffles and all measured to exact sizes for breather and other fuel connection points. This job was a private one and I couldn't be happier....

Over the last couple of days we have been fitting cyclone roller shutters, they look pretty sexy, and only another 6 to go!

Serviced 16 entry door locks today, and replaced all key barrels. A few parts to deal with but by the end of the job I think I could have done it in my sleep..... Don't use CRC or WD40, all it does is attract dust/ pindan...

My sons are in Perth so I thought I would make a couple of spare wheel carriers for his new landcruiser ute.... I hope he's happy with them, all parts re-purposed from scrap metal

Do you need a little help to make your day a little easier???

Ian and Shannon Dandie from Handy Dandie Maintenance Services would like to extend an invitation to all individuals, families and non for profit organisations on disability, aged or veteran pension to contact Ian on 0428 880 371 to register your interest.

How this will work is.....Ian will keep a confidential register of your name and number then contact you to advise some time is available during his normal working day to help out, if your not at home or out for coffee then the next person on the register will be contacted, then we will return back to you when time is available.

The jobs we can help with are varied, and we believe 45 minutes to an hour can do most little jobs. These jobs could be anything from hanging a picture to putting up a shade sail or just some advice, and the only cost is material if needed.

Handy Dandie Maintenance Services only stipulation is that we won't offer any services that require a licensed plumber or electrician, or other.

We do not require any personal information, just your name, phone number and address so we can contact you when time becomes available.

Again this service is free and I would like to be able to assist with 3-4 jobs per week.

Do you have bad water pressure trying to operate you reticulation in Exmouth. Some of the reasons could be!!!!!!
: The water feed is incorrectly located
: Solenoids are limiting flow
: Too many sprinklers on the same station
: Break in the pipe
: Compressions, from tree roots, cars restricting water flow.

One of the issues today was a compressed polly pipe and roots had entered pipe through a hole and reduced water flow. It would be nice to replace entire section with PVC, but possibly at a later date.....notice the clips used (Dubro Clips) my preference, check you retic before it gets to hot.

Completed a few Handy man jobs around the house over the last few days... shade sails fitted, thanks to Mick @ Micks Carpentry and shade sails-his mobile is 0417 956 680 this shade sail is about 5 years old and still going strong..... I also upgraded our filleting station with a new sign and shower( the sign makes me giggle)

What can I say about this workmanship when .. replacing a few internal doors today.....

I've seen better!!!! One photo shows the way it shouldn't be done and the other is how it should be done.
