To our valued clients,

Passengers travelling via the Middle East this year, please be informed that free rebooking or refund is only available for flights departing on or before:

March 21: Etihad Airlines
March 22: Qatar Airways
March 31: Emirates

All passengers within affected dates have already been informed with the current airline updates.

For travel after these dates, your flight is still confirmed. If you wish to change your plans now, standard rebooking fees and refund conditions will apply according to your ticket terms.

If you choose to cancel any land, touring or cruising components, standard cancellation terms will apply as per the supplier's conditions.

Travel insurance will not cover any claims related to acts of war, civil unrest, or, in many cases, government-mandated "do not travel" alerts.

We are currently receiving a high volume of messages, calls and emails. Our team is responding to all inquiries in order of departure date.

As we wrap up another wonderful year, we want to say a huge thank you to all our amazing clients for your continued support. Thank you for trusting us with your holidays, recommending us to your friends and family, and for letting us be part of so many incredible travel experiences this year.

ALASKA & THE CANADIAN ROCKIES

We have a Celebrity Cruise package that will be offered on 3 different sailings to offer flexibility around your preferred travel dates. The itinerary begins with a 10-night Rocky Moutaineer Journey through the Clouds Grand Adventure package from Calgary to Vancouver followed by a 7-night Alaska cruise roundtrip Vancouver on Celebrity Solstice. Note the cruise itineraries vary slightly with ports of call, but the Rocky Mountaineer package is the same for all 3 dates.

The highlight on this package is the Rocky Mountaineer. You will travel 2 days on the train from Jasper to Kamloops and Kamloops to Vancouver. The scenery through the Canadian Rockies is truly spectacular with the jagged snow-capped mountains, crystal-blue glacial lakes, and the fresh pine forest air. Transfers between Calgary, Banff, Lake Louise and Jasper is by motorcoach.
