Falls Creek Mountain Bike Park is home to some of the longest and funnest descending trails in the country. The average rider can often take 30-45 minutes to get down the mountain for 1 lap from the Summit to the base at Howmans Gap. No matter which trails you link up to get the to bottom, you're in for a good time 🕺🕺

INTRODUCING: THE IGNITION OLYMPICS

Elite athleticism? Questionable.
Olympic-level determination? Maybe.
Ridiculous MTB challenges in front of a loud crowd with beers and espresso martinis? Absolutely.

This year, Saturday arvo at Ignition is getting a little more raucous!

The Ignition Olympics will throw competitors into a series of completely out-of-the-box MTB challenges designed to test skill, balance, speed, composure… and just how well you perform when a crowd is yelling absolute nonsense at you.

We take things seriously unserious!

🍺 Beers encouraged. Heckling compulsory.

Come compete, come cheer, or just come watch your mates make terrible decisions on bicycles.

How do you enter? When you book your Ignition Festival ticket online you also need to book for the ‘Ignition Olympics Ballot’ (which is free)

We will have youth (3-14yo’s) and Adult (15yo+) both male and female. Successful competitors will be drawn from a helmet in the event village at 5:00pm. You must be there to be able to compete. All entrants must have a festival ticket.

There will be awesome prize packs for the winners. You’ve got to be in it to win it🏅🏅

What a weekend! Ignition MTB Festival presented by Shimano was wild! 3 Days of great trails, amazing people and non stop fun! A huge shout out to our amazing sponsors, bands/artists, local food vendors and staff for all playing critical roles in the festivals success.
