Nomad Nesting has visited a few beach clubs over the years now, so we thought it time to feature some of the best on offer in Bali. Today we feature the jaw dropping “Oneeighty”. Known for it’s position on the edge of a cliff in Uluwatu, with sweeping oceanic views. The glass bottom and frame are quite the thrill and not for the faint hearted! You can get a day pass here where this pool is just one of the many beach club features OR book a night or three at its aptly named resort “ The Edge”.

One thing I love about Bali is that it can be done on a range of budgets and still feel very lush. This Sanur three star resort we tried out this trip was waterfront, with spacious rooms, swim up pool bar, cocktails served on the beach... not too shabby! Highlight of all snorkelling this trip was swimming with the manta rays. What gentle, majestic creatures they were. And huge! Sizing up bigger than our 9 year old as he swam with them. Definitely worth the trip to Nusa Penida for this experience

Highly recommend a day visit to . This cool beach club manages to be unpretentious but spoil at the same time. Comfy beanbags, gorgeous seaside, fabulous food, cocktails and service plus bonus beach bonfire every night. We even made some friends, what a perfect day.
