Assalamu ‘Alaykum Dear Customers
We would like to apologise for not being in touch sooner, but we have been working tirelessly to try and finalise the Hajj flights and visas. Unfortunately, the Saudi Hajj ministry has changed all the rules for this year’s Hajj for pilgrims from Australia, Europe and America, of which we were informed very recently.
Since then, we have been trying to get access to the new rules and what we are meant to do. Unfortunately, we have not been able to do so. Airlines have not been given permission yet to land for Hajj, so we are not even able to secure any flights.
What does all this mean?
This means will endeavour to find a solution as soon as practical, but it could mean:
1. Change of our departure dates
2. Change of airlines
3. Change of hotels
4. And the worst-case scenario, we are unable to facilitate Hajj this year.
All agents in Australia are facing the same dilemma and be rest assured we are doing our best to try and find a solution to this issue.
