Is there a BBQ at the property? Yes-Because everyone loves a good old Aussie BBQ, the homestead has a gas barbeque for guests to use. Can we go for walks on the property? Yes -Please be mindful at certain times of the year there are sheep in the field. I have a family can extra people stay? Yes the homestead can accommodate a maximum of six people

We are happy to confirm that Telstra mobile works at the house. Are there any shops nearby? Part of the Frankland River Retreat charm is its seclusion. This means there are no supermarkets or corner shops nearby. A general store is located 15kms in the Frankland town, and there are IGA supermarkets located in Kojonup and Mount Barker. Do we need to bring our own towels? For your convenience we supply a single bath towel for each guests, we recommend you bring your own additional personal towels for hair washing, swimming or visits to the beach. Do we need to bring anything to cook with? The homestead is set up for self-catering, the kitchen is equipped with fridge, gas stove, electric oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, saucepans, frying pans, crockery, glasses, and cutlery and kitchen utensils. Do we need to bring our own wood for the fire? Wood for the indoor wood burner is provided for guests, cut up and ready on the veranda. Are you pet friendly? At this point in time, we regularly have guests with allergies that come on the understanding that we have not had pets at the accommodation. In the interest and comfort of all our guests we cannot allow pets at the property.
