Nightingale Fremantle is now fully occupied, residential and commercial properties.
We are still getting enquires about Nightingale, but unfortunately, there is no update about a new Nightingale Development in WA.
We recently celebrated the first year of the community living in Nightingale. It was a great catch up, with residents, passive investors and the builder.

Dimitri & I are really happy that we were able to do this in Fremantle.

The spacious communal rooftop at Nightingale Fremantle is designed to be a multi-purpose and flexible space. A communal dining area has been equipped with a sink and fully electric BBQ, with plans for a rooftop kitchen in the future. The communal laundry and drying area provides opportunities for casual conversations. Planter beds have been seeded with herbs and vegies and a composter is in the process of turning garden scraps into mulch.

Nightingale Fremantle has officially taken flight.

We are now on the lookout for commercial tenants and property owners to help create vibrant retail and lifestyle destinations for residents and the broader community.

Two carbon neutral commercial spaces are available. By carbon neutral, we mean that all Nightingale projects are 100% electric. Energy is sourced from solar panels and green energy options from Synergy.

Our first commercial tenancy has been leased to leading local health studio, Uncommon Haus. We are currently seeking a buyer for the premises which are in a highly sought-after precinct within the City of Fremantle.
