Our in- salon headlice treatments are an all natural ONE TIME GUARANTEED service! In the appointment you will get a full manual comb out leaving absolutely nothing behind returning you back to a clean canvas, during the time we will educate you with a full in- appointment information session AND a digital aftercare slip sent straight to your phone so that you can understand their life cycle and prevent headlice in the future from returning to your home ! All our treatments and products are 110% natural so they can be used on young children, pregnant mummies and the elderly!

For those who are asking........YES WE ARE OPEN
We will remain open as best possible until the government asks us to officially shut.!!! We are registered with the health sector and there for classed as an essential service. We only ever treat one person or one family at any given time in our private and confidential clinic so we can comply with all laws set in place.

We have also tripled our normally high standard of hygiene during this scary time and will continue to do our bit to make sure both your families and ours are protected. 2 staff members have immune compromised children so We ask if you have returned home from overseas in the last 14 days or have any cold or flu like symptoms to please reschedule your appointment. We also ask that all clients that enter our salon to please use the wash hands and hand sanitizer provided by us,

we will be spacing out our appointments with families and using limited work stations at any given time to practice the social distancing (with full sterilisation after each client leaves), All magazines will be removed, (you may bring your own), we will be using only disposable cups, plates and spoons at this time. Capes will be used only once per day and hot washed and sterilised before the next use. Eftpos machine wiped after each use.

We know that many families are now at home with there children and noticing them scratching more often which has increased demand on this service.

We are working around the clock to book appointments, take orders and answer enquires to make sure families are still seen in clinic as much as possible and can also offer products delivered to your homes if you are unwell or unable to make it to one of our clinics.

Afterpay is still available to all families to use as a 8 week interest free payment plan, along with eftpos (also no fees), cash can be accepted but we would prefer the first 2 options to keep safer from germs on notes.

We continue to thank you for your love and support of our growing head lice family and hope we still see you all throughout this very difficult time.

Nitalie Delouse received a phone call regarding a very severe case of Head Lice that not even the Dr's and a hospital admission of this young girl could help.
