We have been made aware that international scammers are currently targeting travellers by pretending to be property managers or accommodation providers.

These communications are part of a phishing scam and may involve scammers attempting to obtain booking information, personal details or payment information from guests.

Please be aware that these messages are NOT from us.

We are currently working with the relevant authorities and booking platforms to investigate these incidents.

For your protection, DO NOT provide credit card or banking details, make any payments, click on links, or provide personal information in response to unsolicited messages, particularly those received via WhatsApp or other messaging services.

If you receive a suspicious message relating to your booking, please contact us directly using the contact details provided on your original booking confirmation or by calling our office on 9575 2566 so we can verify it for you.
