We’d like to say a huge THANK YOU to you all, for your support and patronage during our 2024 season 👏🏻

We saw so many familiar faces who came with us during our first seasons in 2022 & 2023, and others we met during previous seasons on other whale watch boats we worked on! We met many new people too, and hope you become a familiar face in 2025! 😃

We can’t get over the amount of whales we witnessed passing our coast, and it really feels like this year had a record number of calves!

We’d also love to extend a heartfelt THANK YOU to our whale encyclopaedia, Zara, for making time on her weekends and holidays to come out as our marine biologist. We love your work, Zar! (We’re also very happy to announce she’ll be back in 2025 too 😃)

Once again, thank you all for choosing us for your special whale watching day/s.

We’ll be running whale trips again from 1st June - 31st October 2025 🤙🏻

🐳🐋💦 Lucky I was zoomed out and shooting in 16:9 when this happened!

Mum & calf were hanging out nearby our boat, with Mum resting on the surface while calf was underwater for quite some time. We assume calf was having a feed on Mum’s milk 🥛
All of a sudden, they both took a deep dive and erupted into a series of breaches & head lunges before relaxing into a slow swim to the south ❄️🐟

🎉 It was an absolute whale party out there this morning!

We met up with our resident pod of inshore bottlenose dolphins just after we left the marina, then spotted our first whale blows on the horizon before we even left the Seaway!
The action didn’t stop, with 6+ pods around us at any one time, including relaxed & curious whales, competing whales, Mum’s & calves, breaching whales, more bottlenose dolphins & a huge pod of common dolphins 😱

We have 1 spot left on our 1:30pm whale watch tomorrow, Monday 19th. The next available after that is Friday 23rd 😃

😃 As we told our keen whale watchers when they boarded the boat this afternoon, it looks like it’s going to be a windy/wet one, but the good news is, that usually means active/breaching whales! 🐋
And… the whales delivered!

Within the first 5 minutes of being in the ocean, we were fortunate enough to be feasting our eyes on breaches, pec slaps, tail throws, spy hops and even one curious whale coming in for a closer look a few times.
