🎣 Saturday 30th – Double Trouble on the Broadwater! 🎣

What a cracking day aboard Wild Thing Fishing Charters with two 5-hour charters hitting the water and putting some quality fish in the esky!

The morning and afternoon sessions produced a great mixed bag, highlighted by a solid cobia that put up an awesome fight and some beautiful snapper that kept the rods bending throughout the day. It’s always great to see anglers of all ages getting amongst quality fish and heading home with fresh fillets for the table.

The calm conditions and golden winter sunshine made for a perfect day on the water, with plenty of laughs, good company and fish coming over the side.

A big thank you to everyone who joined us on Saturday. We love seeing families and mates getting together to enjoy what the Gold Coast has to offer!

What a cracking day on the water last Wednesday with some quality fish hitting the deck! 🔥

On a joint charter with TopGear Fishing Charters everyone was left smiling after tangling with some absolute bruisers, including a solid Yellowtail Kingfish and a beautiful Yellowfin Tuna. 💪🐟 Nothing better then getting out on the water and watching anglers hook into a fish of a lifetime and create memories they’ll never forget.

Another Epic Day on the Water! 🎣
What a way to spend a Wednesday! We had Trevor out with us on the Gold Coast, and the conditions couldn't have been better—glassy seas and plenty of action.
Trevor certainly didn't go home empty-handed. We managed to land some absolute beauties, including a cracking Mahi Mahi (Dolphin Fish) and some solid reef fish. The Mahi Mahi put up a fantastic fight, showing off those vibrant colors under the morning sun!
Highlights from the Trip:
• Target Species: Mahi Mahi and Snapper.
• Conditions: Clear blue skies and calm offshore waters.
• The Catch: Trevor’s Mahi Mahi was the standout of the day, but that trag is going to make for a top-tier dinner!

These cracking dolphinfish (mahi mahi, dolly’s) were just part of the haul, with plenty of quality reef fish also hitting the deck. Safe to say the esky filled up nicely and the smiles say it all! 😄
