A very interesting day and wonderful insight into the history , hardships and survival of the first inland settlers The shelter over the tree of knowledge is an amazing piece of architecture jus like a living sculpture and reflects the size of the canopy of this magnificent ghost gum. Fantastic to see Workers Heritage Centre which is also home of the Young Un - Tree of Knowledge, a vibrant and beautiful Australian Ghost Gum and the only living descendant of the original Tree of Knowledge.

What a day spent 5 hours at the dessert park and I must say one of the best parks I have been to ever.The bird show is truly amazing. Then off to the old telegraph station and a look at an incredible piece of history in the red centre. Then topped it off with a sunset from Anzac Hill
