Suddenly 6pm felt like a long time to wait around. Three hours of airport lounge is nobody’s reward for an efficient meeting.

They rang and asked for a 3:30 departure instead. That was the whole ask on their end. ☎️

Most operators will sell you the thing regardless. We’d rather tell you now than sell you the wrong structure and lose you in eighteen months. 🤝

Fractional is more aircraft than that justifies. You’d be carrying ownership weight for hours you’re not flying.

To-do lists are about progress, not perfection. 📝

Got a cat. It has four wheels’ worth of personality, close enough. Coffee is basically water that’s reached its potential. And five dollars saved is technically savings, the extra zeros were always negotiable.

On Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane routes, demand is outpacing capacity. Seat occupancy has hit 84.4%. ✈️

When planes are that full, fares only move one way. Up.

Airlines are absorbing a roughly 70% jump in global fuel costs, a higher passenger movement charge, and a 185% spike in airside security check costs. 📊

Those don’t stay with the airline. They never do.

Virgin has already lifted domestic fares around 5% since March. Qantas won’t say by how much.

Both have said plainly they intend to recover these costs through fares. That’s not a prediction. That’s their stated plan. 🎯
