On the 18th of May, we are transforming 4 Swan Lane Mudgeeraba into a CREATIVE CORNER!

This is our contribution to the fun festive Mudgeeraba Street Party and we are EXCITED!

We are teaming up with Raine & Horne Robina - Mudgeeraba - Nerang, Artlis and Neighbourhood Watch to provide some creative fun for the community.

Come enjoy the wonderful festive day at the street party - there's food, there's live music, there's a street parade and so much more... and have a go at our huge communal artwork, sticker and tote bag creations, sidewalk chalking, and more!

This young guy who has just moved to Fremantle from England came looking for some art for his walls. Being new to WA he couldn’t really relate to the coastal scenes but this European scene he couldn’t walk past. He loved it, bought it and now he has story, colour and light in his new home. It was wonderful to see him fall in love with this piece.

This is the painting that most people love at my exhibition. It’s that blinding afternoon light as it bounces off the ocean turning the sky purple yellow and Grey in comparison. The Fisherman’s sillouette caught in that ocean of diamonds. This is the last week end to view. Workshop tomorrow but Sunday and Monday should be buzzing. Packing up at the end of Wednesday

"Moment of Golden Glow" (20"x20" oil) is another one that will be featured in the 3-person show at Mockingbird Gallery opening Friday, May 2nd. This one is also pre-sold but will hang for the duration of the show, which closes at the end of the month.

Our Story

If you are the kind of person that has always wanted to have a go at art, but feel a bit nervous about starting, then you have found the right page.

Artable believes that EVERYONE can learn how to paint and draw with the right teaching and the right tools and we have hundreds of people over many years who are now proof that this is actually true :)

Our focus is on providing weekend workshops and art retreats around Australia and overseas that show you the ‘how to’ in a relaxing environment.

In 2017 we launched the largest gathering of artists our region had ever seen gathering 100 students and 8 teachers together for our annual art retreat. It was a highlight for us - affordable and accessible.
