We are seeking an experienced travel consultant who loves adventure and an active lifestyle.
We are a small agency located in a commercial area which does not rely on walk-ins. Only phone call and email enquiries.

Key Responsibilities:
• Travel Consultant: Handling phone and email inquiries, acquire in house product knowledge in a timely manner to create custom travel itineraries with flair.
• Skills Required:
o Experience with a GDS system like Sabre (or similar).
o Knowledge of mid-office accountancy.
o Strong communication skills with a positive attitude.
o Autonomy and trustworthiness in the workplace.
• Additional Skills:
o Marketing and e-newsletter expertise.
o Bookkeeping experience.
Special Features of the Role:
• Adventure Opportunities: Travel to unique, off-the-map destinations in the South Pacific.
• Type of Holidays: Specializing in hiking, scuba diving, surfing, and fishing holidays.
• Flexible Schedule: Part-time (3 days a week) with the potential to go full-time for 8-10 weeks annually.
• Compensation: Pay based on experience, with the option for holidays, and additional perks like free parking.
Requirements:
• Must have previous experience in the travel industry as an international travel consultant.
• Australian resident living in South East Queensland.

Hear what Kim had to say about our multi stay tour, let us design your next trip. 🌴

For me the tour was exactly what I was looking for, although initially it was a shock and outside my comfort zone. But I very quickly got used to it and went with the flow.

Titiru was really good. All the people were wonderful and the activities were well arranged. I enjoyed some good meals cooked in the local way.

The Kolombangara hiking was really good in the forest. The accommodation was fine. The bathrooms were very basic but functional.

Zolielo was very good. Andrew and Andy were very welcoming and Andy’s brother John Wayne and his wife were great hosts. This was by far the best cooking, I think by Andy’s sister-in-law. Here's a photo at the top is midway through the World War 2 tour.

For me the entire tour was a great success and the people are what makes it special.
Thanks for putting it together for me.
