2 days of learning from over 50 different suppliers from Hotel groups, cruises, tour companies, DMC’s & more right here in Queenstown, NZ!

I always hear people ask the same question
“WHY book with a travel agent?”

Although I have about 50 answers for this, one main reason is WE HAVE CONNECTIONS!

We have strong connections with our representatives of these companies including major cruise lines like Regent Seven Seas, Celebrity Cruises, Scenic, Explorer.

Major hotel groups like Marriot, Hilton, Four Seasons, Ritz Carlton, Club Med, Virtuoso & many more.

And One thing they all said to me was
“if you ever have a client travel with us, email me & I will do something special for them”

Booking with us we always strive to give a more personalised travel experience, whether that is a room upgrade on arrival, bottle of w**e, resort or on board cruise credit, a special welcome from the hotel manager….these little things can make someone’s holiday.

Being in the travel industry for over 11 years now let me tell you, It’s not always about “who is the cheapest” or “who is going to give me the best price” it’s about “who is going to look after me and give me the best holiday experience”

Don’t get me wrong, price is important too and we always try to give our clients the best deal possible but it’s those little things that make the big difference and who is going to be there IF things go pear shaped.

I like to refer us as the little personal travel assistant to not only book your holiday but we are also here for you right from the quote stage to the day you get home from holiday with a Welcome Home call.

So if you still book your holidays online or with random travel agents you don’t have a connection with….well maybe now is the time to change that!

Just wanted to remind all my clients and travellers that we are now heading into the "busy travel booking season"

What does that mean exactly?

With over 10 years experience in this industry, between September & February is our busiest time of year when it comes to clients BOOKING new trips.
This includes Christmas, New Years holidays, but also USA/Europe Summer for the following year.

It is also that time of year where many airlines, suppliers, cruise companies bring out some epic earlybird deals and end of year sales.

So it is a great time to book if you are wanting a great deal!

My parents are off on the beautiful Ponant Le Jacques-Cartier ship sailing down the Kimberley Coast from Darwin to Broome.

A bucket list trip they have been wanting to do for a very long time!

I personally inspected Ponants two ships on my work trip to Darwin last year and obviously highly recommended this ship to them once I came off.

Absolutely stunning! More like a sailing yacht than a ship!
