Fort Worth is known as the ‘Unexpected City’ which I couldn’t agree more - I loved every minute!

At the Fort Worth Stockyards you experience twice daily cattle drives, live music, restaurants, great shopping for belts, traditional hats and cowboy boots everywhere… great people watching and a town to enjoy!

If Museums and Culture are your cup of tea - Dallas and Fort Worth have so many amazing museums, displays and pieces of history! You can learn more about JFK’s assassination, visit the National Cowgirl Museum and Hall of Fame, John Wayne Museum and the George W. bush Presidential Center. We also visited AT&T Stadium and the home of the famous Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders 💙

Next stop was a town called Mineral Wells. We stopped by The Water Pavilion for a ‘water tasting’ - so distinct textures from the minerals! The famous ‘Crazy Water’ has drawn visitors for years - it’s believed to have restorative benefits and help with your ‘craziness’ 😜

We then headed to TX Whiskey Ranch for a cocktail and a tour of the distillery and stunning grounds!
