Stari Most, or Mostar Bridge, is a reconstructed 16th century Ottoman bridge in Mostar, Bosnia and Herzegovina. It spans the Neretva River, connecting the city’s two sides. During the Croat-Bosnian War, the bridge served as a military supply line before being shelled and collapsing on November 9, 1993. It was rebuilt and reopened on July, 2004. A beautiful little town with cobbled streets, easy day trip from Dubrovnik.
