🚜 Meet Our Expert Panel – Brooke Dedini, Morrison & Sawers Lawyers ⚖️

One of the biggest conversations happening around kitchen tables and farm gates across our region is succession planning.

At Harvesting Health Event (HHE), we’re bringing together experts who understand the unique challenges faced by farming families, and we’re thrilled to have Brooke Dedini from Morrison & Sawers Lawyers joining our panel discussion.

Brooke will be sharing practical insights on:
✔️ Succession planning for farming families
✔️ Starting the conversation early
✔️ Navigating family dynamics
✔️ Protecting your farm and your legacy for future generations

These conversations aren’t always easy, but they are important. Whether you’re actively planning for the future or simply want to understand your options, this is an opportunity to hear from a local expert who works with farming families every day.

🌾 Because looking after your health isn’t just about physical wellbeing—it’s also about reducing stress, planning ahead, and creating certainty for the next generation.

We’re also incredibly grateful to Morrison & Sawers Lawyers for their support as a valued sponsor of this event. Their commitment to supporting rural families and communities helps make Harvesting Health Event possible.

🚜 Regional communities are built one generation at a time.

By the people who rise before the sun, put in the hard yards and keep showing up — season after season.

The future of our regional communities depends on more than good rainfall and hard work.
It depends on strong people, good conversations and making sure the next generation still sees a future here. 👀

HHE is about backing the people behind rural Australia — not just for today, but for what comes after us too.

Stay tuned…

Do you have knowledge and experience in water supply and quality matters?

We’re seeking expressions of interest from community members to participate in working groups to guide development of the Western Region Sustainable Water Strategy.💧💧💧

The strategy will cover the western third of Victoria, extending from the south-west coast, across the Wimmera and into the southern Mallee.

Community input is an important part of understanding local feedback, concerns, opportunities, and water values.

Learn more about the strategy and how to get involved at: https://www.water.vic.gov.au/our-programs/long-term-water-resource-assessments-and-strategies/sustainable-water-strategies/western-region-sustainable-water-strategy
