We’re excited to share our process of infusing cold-pressed h**p oil (you can also use olive, macadamia, or almond oil) with garden-grown French rosemary! In just a few weeks, this delightful infusion will be ready for use as a flavorful salad oil or a nourishing skin oil.

Chichester State Forest
Usually free camping is allowed in state forests. Council is managing a few free campgrounds in Chichester state forest Hunter Valley area NSW.

Stopped in Wollemi National Park for a night sleep. This free stop area is tacked away from the road and no one was there. Or my gosh, what an experience 😍 There is a lot of night wildlife in this bush, so noisy 😃 everything is alive around, beautiful night sky. I wouldn’t be surprised to see the bush lights or yeti coming to welcome me. A shy possum or something like this were gently scratching my tiny house from time to time during the night. Overall this place felt very safe and welcoming ❤️❤️❤️

Hot and cold smoked wild caught salmon 🍣
Smoking is another traditional food preservation techniques. With cold smoking the food exposed to smoke for about a week at cooler temperature and the food can be kept without a fridge for long time. Hot smoking is almost grilling with a lid closed combining hot smoke from the coals with aromatic wood chips. This results in very juicy aromatic taste with softer texture of the meat or fish

Lost city is one of my favourite 4WD tracks ❤️ and one of the most powerful places I ever seen. No one photo can deliver the real feel of this place. Blue Mountains National Parks are working there to map the new tracks and start working on@making this place more accessible. And another great news is the road to glow worm tunnel is just being finished so this place is available for tourists. However if you go there don’t trust Google maps, just follow the signs. Lost city in contrast is on the map but no signages so it’s easy to miss the final road
