Changes to onboard medication storage and refrigeration - a notice from Emirates.

Effective immediately, the storage of passengers’ personal items, including medications in aircraft chillers will not be permitted.

Passengers can arrange their own temperature-controlled containers for safe storage. Thermal bags with icepacks can be used but should not exceed 100ml.

After spending the last week on board the Explora Journey 1, all I can say is WOW!
Sailing from Athens, through the Greek Islands to Istanbul, this is the new concept of sailing on a floating resort/hotel.

Our team grew by one over the weekend with the arrival of Spencer Leonard, to Taylah & Steven Organ and a baby brother to Abigail. Taylah is a broker with our team, so from all of us at Complete Travel Services, a big Congratulations, we can't wait to meet him!

Some disappointing news we received recently was notification of the travel app we use, ‘Umapped’, (by October 8th 2025) will be discontinued. The app will shut down completely and will not be available after that date. We had some great feedback on the app for the last few years since we introduced it, but the good news is we have a new app coming, and we are in the process of training our staff, and it will be ready to go for your itinerary very soon as we change over. So stay tuned and we will update you in the next few weeks!
