or delivering the highest quality leadership and team building programs. For many of our clients these have become crucial elements for enhancing culture, developing teamwork and training leaders. Now employing over 30 staff, and catering for over 15,000 participants each year, we host school groups, sporting and social groups and corporates from across Australia at our campus located near Toowoomba in Southeast Queensland. Behind every great program at Emu Gully is a team of passionate facilitators helping young people grow through challenge and exploration.

Recently, our CEO, Program Development Manager, and Program Managers facilitated a camp experience to help develop the next generation of facilitators coming through. Our younger facilitators had the opportunity to shadow them, learn from their experience, and continue building their own skills and confidence.

Equipping our facilitators and supporting them to run the best camps possible is something we are deeply passionate about, and our team is committed to developing exceptional facilitators and leaders.

We’re proud to see our team continuing to grow, support one another, and strengthen the culture that makes Emu Gully so impactful. 💪
