Tonight the PRISTINE Team put on a Tasting Tasmania dinner for 400 at PW1. 400 happy guests! The beef rendang and the venison pies were strong favourites. We also had tastings from our artisan suppliers, Ashbolt Farm and Hobart Brewing Company.
