As our new Holiday Manager at LJ Ho**er Iluka, Fran will be helping look after our holiday rental properties, supporting our property owners and ensuring guests have a welcoming and enjoyable experience.

We are seeking individuals who take pride in their work, have great attention to detail and can work efficiently and independently to ensure our holiday homes are beautifully presented for arriving guests.

What we're looking for:

✅ Reliable, trustworthy and hardworking individuals

✅ Excellent attention to detail and time management

✅ Ability to work independently

✅ Availability across weekdays, weekends, public holidays and school holidays

✅ Current ABN and appropriate cleaning/public liability insurance

🌞 Flexible, school-friendly hours!

This opportunity is ideal for those looking for work that fits around school hours, with most holiday property changeovers taking place during the day.

Sunset + W**e is literally just a 2-minute walk from Barefoot Beach House! 🍹

The perfect spot to wander down in the afternoon, grab a cocktail, settle in by the Clarence River and watch the sun go down. It’s one of those little Iluka experiences that makes a stay here extra special.
