🐾 "Pet Friendly" is one of the most commonly used search filters on accommodation booking sites – and Inverloch is feeling the demand!

The Inverloch Tourism Association is making a formal submission to Bass Coast Shire Council’s Domestic Animal Management Plan (DAMP), backing the growing dog-friendly tourism economy in our town.

We’re calling for:
✅ A fenced off-leash dog park (long promised – still undelivered)
✅ Protection of current on- and off-leash beach access
✅ Smarter communication and signage to guide responsible pet ownership targeted at visitors to Inverloch
✅ Council collaboration with ITA to lead inclusive, sustainable tourism via communications and responsible pet ownership programs targeted at visitors, particularly during peak season
✅ Support for the mental and physical wellbeing benefits of pet ownership for both locals and visitors

🗳️ We encourage the community to complete Council’s DAMP survey before it closes on 9th June.

📩 Any ITA member is welcome to request a copy of the full submission by emailing [email protected]

Together, let’s make Inverloch a shining example of how dog-friendly towns can thrive – supporting our economy, our people, and our environment. 🐶🌿

Have your say on the next Domestic Animal Management Plan!

Is there anything better than a pie with sauce from a coastal town bakery ? Flaky pastry, choc full of fresh, local ingredients and baked with love. 🥧

But there are ao many questions to ponder?

Round or square pie ?
With or without sauce?
Bag on or off when you bite into it?

Not to mention ; which filling are you biting in to ?

Did you know Paul The Pieman has a huge variety of award winning pies such as Korean Pork (shown here) and Brisket Mac and Cheese but we are wondering if a simple meat pie is your favourite .

Please tell us below , what pie flavour are you craving now ? 👇🏽👇🏽👇🏽👇🏽
