There is a fully enclosed backyard, to keep the kids of the human and furry varieties safe. Plenty of off street parking with a large single garage and high carport if you're into boating. Bedding (Pillows, doonas and covers) is included and if there is a baby in the family a cot is also available, though you would need to supply own linen and bedding for this. Linen (sheets and towels) can be supplied on REQUEST ONLY at an extra cost of $20.00 PER PERSON. However, due to laundering difficulties, linen is unavailable over the peak periods. Pet friendly:
Small dogs (less than 11 kg) are permitted, Medium dogs (11 kg to less than 34 kg) are permitted, Large dogs (34 kg or heavier) are permitted, Pets are permitted inside, Pets are permitted outside only, Secure, fully fenced running area, Food and water bowls provided. We would prefer your pet to spend most of the time outside, however, pets are permitted inside, provided they are well behaved and properly toilet trained. Larger dogs permitted peferably in the laundry area only. Smaller dogs welcome on the carpeted areas but not on the furniture or beds.
