Annual General Meeting*
The Queensland Information Centre Association will be holding its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Wednesday 4th October 2023 at the QICA Conference in Agnes Water and Town of 1770.
Details of the AGM:
Date: Wednesday 4th October 2023
Time: 11.30pm
Venue: 1770 Lagoons, Cr Captain Cook Dr and Beaches Villages Cct
If you are unable to attend the conference, you are welcome to send a Proxy Form for your nomination.
Attending the AGM:
If you are not attending the Conference, please advise your apology by email to [email protected] by Monday 3rd October 2022. Please include your name and VIC in the email. Those attending the Conference will be marked as attending, please email an apology if you will not be at the AGM meeting whilst at the Conference.
Proxy vote:
Members have the opportunity to appoint a proxy vote on their behalf for or against a resolution. Please send Proxy Form to the Secretary by 2pm Monday 2rd October 2023.

Minutes and Items of Business:

Please email [email protected] no later than COB Monday 2nd October 2023 if you wish to place an item of business before the AGM.
To enable continuity to the QICA Executive, it was voted that Members would be required to serve 2 years minimum, unless a resignation is accepted in the interim; furthermore, 50% of the Executive team would be required to remain on the board to minimise operational risk and retain experience.
