We did a tour at Last St Brewery. Also known as Bilsons and Murray Brewery. The tour went for about an hour. The history behind this place and the story told was informative and eye opening. Went through the highs and lows of running a business and the reasons behind the name changes over the years. Highly recommend doing a tour. We got to see where all the cordials are bottled and labelled, and got showed the natural spring which they take the water from and use it in their products. The tastings were great. The boys chose a bottle of lime Cordial, and the adults opted for a bottle of butterscotch schnapps 😋 there is also a restaurant on site. Highly recommend going here and supporting this Aussie owned company.
