NEW BUSHWALKING TRAIL 🌿

A new 26km loop walk is now open in Lesueur National Park, just a short drive from Jurien Bay.

Hikers on the loop can expect to explore the hills, valleys and woodlands and spot the unique and varied wildlife and wildflowers.

Campgrounds can also be found halfway through the trail, with a camp shelter and camping platforms.

The loop walk trail was funded through an Australian Heritage Grant from the Australian Government's Department of Agriculture, Water and the Environment, with further funds provided by the State Government.

Get on your bike!
If you are coming to Jurien Bay for the long weekend or the school holidays at the end of September, don`t forget to pack your walking shoes and the kids bikes.
The Turquoise Way path is a sealed, bike/walk/running track that follows the Jurien Bay Marine park from the marina in town, to the mouth of the Hill river between Cervantes and Jurien.
Bike hire is available in Jurien Bay.
I can`t think of a better way to visit the shoreline of the Marine park or how to find a secluded beach all to yourself and stay the day.
Take your backpack with some snorkelling gear, load the kids backpacks with a picnic lunch or go flat out to finish the 14-kilometre ride and cool down with a quick dip before returning along the same path.
If you are lucky, an Echidna might cross your path, perhaps a wandering Sea Lion might pop his nose up in the shallows or a few Emu`s could wander in for a day at the beach.
