Kalgoorlie Tours & Charters, proudly operating in Kalgoorlie, are seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Sales Assistant to oversee the day-to-day operations of our growing business.

As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service while managing tour enquiries, bookings, and sales. This position also includes general retail sales responsibilities within our Hannan Street shop.
Key Responsibilities:
โ€ข Managing tour enquiries and bookings
โ€ข Driving tour and retail sales
โ€ข Monitoring Stock levels and ordering stock as required
โ€ข Providing outstanding customer service
โ€ข Assisting with daily operational requirements
โ€ข Supporting smooth business operations
About You:
โ€ข Minimum 2 yearsโ€™ experience in a similar sales or customer-facing role
โ€ข Excellent written and verbal communication skills
โ€ข Strong computer literacy
โ€ข Honest, reliable, and professional presentation
โ€ข Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

Unfortunately all Superpit tours have been cancelled from now until further notice from Northern Star Resources/KCGM. Please see below statement -

Public tours of Northern Star Resourcesโ€™ KCGM Operations are temporarily being placed on hold. With several exciting growth projects moving into construction phase, increased activity is restricting the current tour route. To ensure the enjoyment and safety of all tour participants, the tours will be placed on hold until a more suitable internal tour route is made available.


We apologies for any inconvenience caused and we appreciate your understanding that the KCGM Operations is an operating mine site. In the interim, the public Super Pit Lookout is open daily from 7am-7pm. For information on blasting times, please visit www.superpit.com.au/community/lookout.
