We are closing the door on our 2024/25 season!

A big thanks to all who joined us in the skies - we truly enjoyed offering you a unique view of the Gippsland Lakes. Seeing the happiness it sparked and hearing your wonderful experiences meant the world to us.

We will be back in the air late Spring, likely around the Melbourne Cup weekend, so keep an eye on our website and socials for the most up-to-date information. Stay safe and warm over winter!

Tidal flow in and out of the manmade Entrance to the Gippsland Lakes often creates striking contrast in the ocean as fresh water meets the salt. Seals reside on the rocky Entrance walls and can often be spotted from above.
All of our Scenic Flights feature the Entrance.

Lake Tyers well and truly open to the sea makes for great viewing from the air, with the sandy lakebed easily visible in sunny weather. We wouldn't blame you for wanting a paddle after your flight.

Flying above the Marlo-Conran Road along the Snowy River estuary, you get a sense of the speed of air travel as you leave cars (and boats) far behind.

Our helicopters fly at an average speed of 100 knots, equivalent to 185km/h, though it doesn't often feel like it with the field of view altitude gives you.

Our recent flight to Sailors Grave Brewing Dunetown was the perfect opportunity for some photos of the Marlo area.
The water was beautifully clear along the coast towards Point Ricardo with Cape Conran in the distance, and the lighting gave great contrast on the mouth of the Snowy River.

Both our Marlo Hotel and new Dunetown Heli-Exeriences offer aerial views of the Snowy River mouth. Cape Conran is included in Dunetown as standard, and is available as an optional add-on for the Marlo Hotel.
