Put frames in exatravtor
32 frames later and 30-40kmgs of honey ready for next faze.. Bottling (but not today as it’s a massive day this far)

This honey we have NEVER had to dark and Sweet. I have no words for how sweet ❤️❤️

It has been a season or should we say lack of season. We are attributing this to excessive rainfall that is washing away pollen off flowers, resulting in no honey harvest. As Foley’s deplete their own personal supplies, we will soon be utilizing the next best alternative:

Beechworth Honey, 💯 Australian-made and owned product.

At Kangaloon Beekeepers we use all the honey even the honey that we recover from the wax processing. This cooking honey has a beautiful rich, strong taste. I use it every time a recipe says use Golden syrup. It is honey that we have had to gently heat to around 60degC to seperate from the wax capings.

Lately here are some recipes I substituted Golden Syrup for our Cooking honey. If you use Golden Syrup in cooking then why not try

When serving Honey and Pistachio cheese one must also add Kangaloon fresh Honeycomb 🤤🤤
