ACC MEMBER BENEFITS - RV STAY.
Did you know that CADELL CAMPING and REC GROUND, SA is an ACC RV Stay Park. It is well situated close to the historic Murray River town of Morgan, SA. It has sites with power and water and sites with power only, along with unpowered sites. It also has a dump point, laundry, a good camp kitchen and good amenities.

SUGAR CITY PIONEERS - OH DEERE FARM STAY MUSTER
A mere 45kms drive north of Mackay near the small town of Calen, the ACC Sugar City Pioneers recently held their Oh Deere Farm Stay muster. Oh Deere is a working Sugar Cane Farm that offers camping, conducts Tourism Award winning Cane Farm Tours, and is very involved with schools conducting tours and farming education classes, with 2 school buses coming through while we were there.
The Farm Tour also includes an amazing story about Karinda’s life challenges, a visit to the unique “Love Shack” (a John Deere museum), morning tea and a video of the harvesting and milling process. The tour takes you through the full cycle of planting, growing, harvesting, crushing and refining sugar, to bring the final product to the grocery stores or food processing factories.
Friendly and accommodating right from the beginning of the muster, Karinda really turned it on for us. Thanks so much for sharing your paradise with us Karinda and Dale.
I don’t think any of us could believe that such a gem for a muster was so close to home.
