It has been a year since our last update. Greg and I are now working in a remote roadhouse in an Aboriginal community in Central Australia.
Matt is still in Kununurra completing his Automotive Apprenticeship with just over 12 months to go.
We lost our beloved Border Collie Holly in September this year. She was 16 years old. We are now travelling with Meg, the 4 year old Border Collie and Millie, our little rescue dog which is a Maltese Sh*tzu.

We have now been in Kununurra a total of 2 1/2 years, just moved into a house. Matt has an apprenticeship as a mechanic. Greg and I both have full time jobs. Matt is racing speedway, hence the need for a house.

Well we have been back in Kununurra now for about 5 weeks. It started a bit rocky accommodation wise but Matt and I got our jobs back immediately, I got a promotion and Greg got a job straight away. 5 weeks later all is going well and we are loving it. Still a bit hot but will cool down soon.

Tomorrow we leave Kununurra after 5 1/2 months here. We are heading back to Brisbane for a number of family related reasons. It will be sad to leave Kununurra and all the wonderful friends that we have made since we have been here.

We had an awesome day today out 4WDing and went to Skull Rock Boat Ramp and Butterfly Caves, it was great. Thanks Aaron, Ktrina, Philip, Kerry, Olga and the kids for great company and an enjoyable day.

We went for a drive out to Lake Argyle today, it was just gorgeous. We even got to watch the seaplane take off.
