Welcome to "The DOLPH-INN" - our awesome piece of paradise just over an hour from Perth in the coastal town of Lancelin. Boasting picturesque beaches, great eats and a sleepy coastal vibe, we invite you to our humble 4x2 cottage which has everything you need and want for a getaway - whether just as a couple, with kids or with multiple families. Just 500m to the beach, walking distance to cafes and

local shops, and only 1.4km from the pub (approx 10min walk) - the location is amazing with tranquil views and ample activities for all. With four bedrooms, each with the ability to sleep 3 people, it can cater for 12, plus an extra 2 beds in the massive 17m x 6m garage (which comes with all the toys). The features are endless - with air conditioning, heating, fans, full internet/wi-fi access, Smart Tv's, two bathrooms, multiple fridges, Funky Monkey bars for the kids, pool table, ping pong, darts, 60-game computer console (Pacman, Galaga etc), outdoor woodfire, fire pit, additional outdoor shower, fish filleting station, bbq, webber, outdoor dining option with fan, massive front lawn space perfect for afternoon cricket - even the shed comes with a whopping 9kW air con for heating and cooling while enjoying your stay. • Rate: $300/night (standard rate*) *10% surcharge for school holidays and long weekends. All bookings incur a $300 bond, refundable after your stay.
• What to Bring: Linen - sheets (top, bottom and pillowcase), bath towels, food and good vibes
• All we ask - Love it like we do, respect it as your own and leave it as you find it - otherwise cleaning fees will be charged :)

You wouldn’t read about it, but our awesome retreat in Lancelin The Dolph-INN is available bar 3 days as we had cheekily booked it out ourselves but can no longer go. Sleeps 12 - perfect for two families and so much to do for the kids.
