Off-season doesn’t mean slowing down at Tasmanian Motorcycle Tours — it means play time. 🤘

Hard Adventure 2026 took the team deep into Tasmania’s far southwest, beyond locked gates and into permit-access-only country, pushing the limits of where big adventure bikes belong.

Epic views, serious challenges, and memories that’ll last a lifetime — with a few moments wondering if we’d make it home, just like Hard Adventure 2025!

Rest assured, these are not our regular tour tracks — and we’re looking forward to welcoming our guests back from November for another incredible Tasmanian riding season.

Marc’s first time on an ADV bike — taking big bites with small utensils on the 450 😅
Found some unreal new trails, nonstop banter on the intercoms, and a few “character-building” moments no one saw coming ( 🤣)

(The long way 😁)

We woke to grey skies ☁️ and the threat of rain… which eventually caught up to us on the final stretch home.
Did it dampen spirits? Absolutely not 💪😎🏍️

The day delivered plenty of fun with off-road sections and tunnels, gravel roads, and the iconic climb up The Ladder to finish things off. A perfect way to wrap up a crazy-fun 2000 km Lap of the Map, exploring some of the best parts of our spectacular backyard on two wheels 🥰👌🏍️

Two days of glorious sunshine 🥰☀️ — the wet bottoms of the West Coast now a distant memory!

We kicked things off with breathtaking views from the summit of Mt. Wellington as we left Hobart, before cruising some of Tasmania’s most spectacular coastal roads. Stunning beaches, incredible scenery and a visit to beautiful Freycinet National Park made for an unforgettable ride.

Today was our “Triple Pass” day, with riders tackling the tight twists and turns of Elephant, St Marys and Weldborough Passes 🏍️💪😎 — big smiles and a well-earned, delicious pub lunch in Weldborough 😋.

Day 3 & Day 4 March Lap of the Lap 🏍️😎

A busy couple of days on the bikes 🏍️😊 taking in some of the incredible scenery Tassie has to offer. Thankfully the rain stayed away today for a change, which was a nice bonus 😁🫶.
From the geographical centre of Tasmania to stunning waterfalls, with plenty of mining and hydro history along the way, there’s been no shortage of highlights.

Next stop… the East Coast 🏍️😎

Day 2 Smithton → Strahan 🏍️💨

Mother Nature turned it on today… and not in a good way 🫣🌧️
The sunshine disappeared fast and the wet weather gear went on from the start 🙄👎
Morning tea came with a bonus tyre change, giving the Rabaconda a run — luckily many hands made light work of it 🛞💪
The Western Explorer served up its usual potholes, but the rain kept the dust down 😜
Corinna was stunning as always and the barge crossing was a crowd favourite with the riders as always 🫶🏍️
Very wet bottoms… but another cracking day on 2 wheels with an awesome crew 🥰… so many fantastic pics 📸

Mother Nature must be lulling us into a false sense of security… blue skies and sunshine on Day 1 and not a drop of rain in sight 🌞😜

We’re not falling for it though — we know Tassie weather too well! 😂

As we embark on another Lap of the Map tomorrow 😎🏍️💥, we’d like to take a moment to give a huge thank you to our number one supporter, Joe 🫶💚🏍️, who is about to tackle his third full Lap of the Map with us.
Joe has been with us since the very beginning, and it’s incredibly humbling to have him back on board once again.
Joe has seen more of Tasmania than most Tasmanians 😂👌, and his continued support means the world to us 💖. Congrats on the green polo mate, absolutely well earnt 🥰
