The investor market is a little tricky to navigate at the moment with tenanted properties taking longer to sell. Even when rents are highly competitive, investors can be short sighted, unless the sale price is bargain basement which is not likely in this market. The sale of 60B Forster Street is a great example of a savvy local investor playing the long game - buying a property with huge potential, two titles, two income streams and two very grateful tenants now guaranteed long term housing security. Well done to my fabulous purchaser who could see beyond the ‘here and now’, and thanks to my wonderful Vendors for trusting in my experience for a second time. We achieved an excellent result for both parties just by playing the long game ourselves.
