The Leeton Visitor Information Centre is open six days a week and on some public holidays for convenience of visitors to Leeton Shire. We at the Leeton VIC promote the Leeton Shire’s cultural, historic, business and natural assets and of course those of the Riverina region.

Celebrate Australia Day in Leeton with a full day of fun for the whole community 💚💛

Start the long weekend off with a Yarning Breakfast at Gossamer Park from 7.30am. Then kick off your Monday at 7.30am with some breakfast in Mountford Park hosted by the Rotary Club of Leeton. Then stay on for the official ceremony at 9.15am with Ambassador Michael Tomalaris, followed by a bush tucker lunch in the park.

From midday, enjoy a FREE movie double feature at the Roxy Theatre, before cooling off at the FREE Pool Party at the Leeton Regional Aquatic Centre from 3pm to 7.30pm 💦🎉

Need a lift? The Lions Train will be running as a shuttle service along the main street to the pool, with pick up points at The Roxy/Post Office and Leeton Plaza. Just be sure to wave down the driver so they know you would like to hop on 🚂💦

This event is proudly assisted by the Australian Government through the National Australia Day Council.
