Another photo taken on the 80th birthday cruise yesterday. The music was provided by Charlie McCarthy and his mate Dave who form part of a group called Django’s Tiger who would be keen to do gigs onboard for future cruises. So, if you are planning a cruise and would like some musical accompaniment they may be the answer. The MYCT Office can supply contact details.

Many thanks to RSV Nuyina crew member Gerry who took the following snaps from the bridge wing yesterday afternoon.

Recently two aerialist artists from Spiegeltent enjoyed a special day on the harbour in perfect conditions. They provided the following feedback: "We are absolutely thrilled with the MYCT. We loved everything - from the atmosphere to the trip itself. In particular , we would like to mention the Captain: he was simply the best, very professional, calm, and attentive. His crew were also wonderful - polite, friendly, and extremely caring.
Thank you for such a wonderful experience and for the warm, welcoming attitude toward your guests. We felt very comfortable and came away with nothing but the most positive impressions. We will definitely remember this day with a smile and are very happy to recommend to others."
Just goes to prove that if you sign up for a cruise you will not be treated like a galley slave!

Egeria is still proving popular as the following feedback from last Saturday's cruise indicates.
"A MASSIVE thank you to Mario & the Crew and Belinda for making our celebration so special. The boat was absolutely FANTASTIC and the staff went above and beyond making the 60th birthday so much fun. Honestly it was the best experience, from booking to disembarking you were all so very professional.
Please use any photos below and kindly pass on our appreciation to everyone involved."

Have a fantastic week
Regards
Trish & Tony Wileman

Although the days are getting shorter and cooler, another dinner cruise was undertaken tonight. These have proved very popular with patrons, who enjoy an hour on the Derwent before returning to the MYCT’s Reflections Restaurant to partake of what the chef has to offer.

ETA is Saturday morning. How early in the morning will depend on the wind strength in Storm Bay.

Tristan’s supporters are starting to gather in Hobart. Great to see so many people who have travelled some distance, including from interstate, to welcome him home.
