Unfortunately, we have made the very difficult decision to cease operating our Wildcat Tour in Mackay. After operating in the region for more than three years, this decision was not made lightly; however, due to a significant decline in interest in the Day Tour over the past 18 months, we had to reassess the tour's ongoing viability and future.

We want to express our heartfelt gratitude to the Mackay community for their support throughout Wildcat's journey. A special thank you to our wonderful guests who travelled with us, our dedicated staff for their hard work and passion, and Mackay Isaac Tourism for their support.

Huge thanks to Mackay Isaac Tourism for their recognition for our awesome experience Wildcat Mackay. We are beyond proud of our Best of Queensland score and this is testiment to our crews hardworking and dedication over the last year.
Congratulations to Sarina Sugar Shed and all the other other nominees on the night.

Drum roll... Congratulations Wildcat Mackay for winning Gold in the Best of Queensland Tour or Attraction category.

Wildcat Adventures first launched on the 1st of December 2021 with the vision to deliver outstanding transformational experiences while ensuring a positive environmental contribution to Mackay and Queensland. Included in the day are guided bushwalks, snorkeling on fringed reefs, paddle boarding and informative commentary.

Congratulations also to Sarina Sugar Shed for being awarded Silver.
