Our message today is about healing, nourishment and nurturing.

It is time for you to focus completely on self-nurture and support your own healing - emotionally, and in particular, physically.

This means you must put aside all the excuses you have previously allowed to take precedence over your own wellbeing.

When you start healing, others in your family line will as well.

Our card and energy today are The Hanged Man in the tarot deck - it represents Odin hanging from the tree of life, he finds enlightenment through staying still and being in the moment.

I hope you have enjoyed a different pathway this week with the Norse deities and runes. It's been good for me to go back over these and reconnect again. They are all very powerful energies.

The hanged man is telling us to standstill and take a breath. You have the answers within you, you just have to slow down and hear them. Stop racing around and staying busy for a few minutes.
