Emirates:
Emirates is operating a reduced flight schedule, including services to and from Melbourne, Perth and Sydney plus Christchurch and Auckland (via SYD) and Dubai. EK passengers transiting in Dubai will only be accepted for travel if their connecting flight is operating. EK bookings for up to and including 31 March 2026 can rebook flights on or before 30 April or request a refund.
Etihad Airways:
Etihad resumed limited flights from 6–19 March between Abu Dhabi and key destinations, including Sydney and Melbourne, subject to regional airspace conditions. EY bookings for up to 21 March 2026 can rebook free of charge up to 15 May 2026 or request a refund.
Qatar Airways:
Qatar is operating a very limited number of commercial flights on select aviation corridors as Qatari airspace remains closed. Services for 12 March include Melbourne–Doha.
Virgin Australia:
Virgin Australia services operated by Qatar Airways between Australia and Doha are still impacted by the airspace closure with flights in both directions cancelled up to and including 13 March. Passengers can opt to rebook or obtain a travel credit or refund for VA Doha bookings up to and including 22 March 2026.
Oman Air:
Oman Air advises that Muscat Airport (MCT) is operating normally as a reliable hub for passengers exiting the UAE or Qatar. WY has added additional flights to major global hubs, including Jakarta, Kuala Lumpur, Bangkok and Manila for Australian and NZ passengers.
