Permanent Part-Time Administrative Assistant
We are seeking a reliable, mature, and professional Administrative Assistant to join our busy and diverse office.
Our company is a well-established and successful Limousine and Bus Hire service, and we are looking for someone who can confidently support our operations.
About the Role:
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly and professional phone manner, and strong attention to detail. You will be working across various administrative tasks, supporting both office and operational needs in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
• Proficiency in MYOB
• Confident computer skills, including Mac
• Current driver’s licence
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
Hours & Pay:
• Flexible weekday shifts
• Initial roster of 14–20 hours per week while completing training
• Starting rate: $32 per hour (casual)
• Opportunity to transition to Permanent Part-Time after training
