After finishing 13 days straight of working 2 completely different jobs I topped it all off with fakeaway. Pizza. I cooked these in the oven, not the Ovana like we normally do. My daughter started to make the dough while I was on my way home from work. While that was proofing I made caramelised red onion because it is the 💣 on 🍕. We also managed to use up a few leftovers in the process.
🍕 Salmon (left over crispy skin), artichoke, caramelised onion, garlic, feta and cheese
🍕 Taco/nacho mince with garlic, tomato paste, feta and cheese
🍕 Garlic, ham, onion and cheese
🍕 Ham, cheese, onion and tomat paste.
Hubby and I went halves in the Salmon and nacho pizzas. Even have leftovers to fight over tomorrow.
I am looking forward to tomorrow off, then back to work on Tuesday.
