Pizza night tonight. It's been a while since the Ovana was fired up.
Can we just appreciate the perfect circle of my pizza dough? 1st time ever.
This one has 3 cheeses - cheddar, mozzarella, and feta, prosciutto, salami, olives, anchovies, cherry tomatoes, garlic, tomato paste.

What are your favourite toppings?

A delicious warming and hearty meal for the cooler months ahead. This spanish chicken and chorizo stew is on the I Hate Cooking menu.
Found THE BEST at in the Halls Head store deli section, and the soft yet chewy was from makes a perfect pairing 😋😋

Bought a bag of perfect vine-ripened cherry tomatoes from which called for this delicious Lentil Bolognese recipe. I may have used more tomatoes than required 😉 It is a vegan meal when not covered in parmesan. Enjoyed by everyone in the family.

Some Thursdays I end up working late, finishing at 7pm. Most of these nights Miss 15 takes charge of cooking dinner. Tonight she made Spaghetti Carbonara. Quick, easy and so tasty. 😋 The Thermomix makes it so much easier too.

I hope those of you who were hoping to upgrade your tm31 or tm5 to a tm6 managed to get in before they sold out. I'm glad I did, even though it was sad to see my tm5 go.

Welcome to the family Ernie 2.0 (white TM6). Sorry Bert isn't here to welcome you, but he's still in his trolley bag sulking to loss of the original Ernie. The Count (black TM6) did enjoy filling in for Ernie at my I Hate Cooking - Mandurah & Peel Region cook yesterday.

It's a mushroom earring kind of day.

After finishing 13 days straight of working 2 completely different jobs I topped it all off with fakeaway. Pizza. I cooked these in the oven, not the Ovana like we normally do. My daughter started to make the dough while I was on my way home from work. While that was proofing I made caramelised red onion because it is the 💣 on 🍕. We also managed to use up a few leftovers in the process.
🍕 Salmon (left over crispy skin), artichoke, caramelised onion, garlic, feta and cheese
🍕 Taco/nacho mince with garlic, tomato paste, feta and cheese
🍕 Garlic, ham, onion and cheese
🍕 Ham, cheese, onion and tomat paste.

Hubby and I went halves in the Salmon and nacho pizzas. Even have leftovers to fight over tomorrow.

I am looking forward to tomorrow off, then back to work on Tuesday.
