🌸 Spring is on its way… and so is a great day out!

I visited the Dardanup Bull & Barrel Festival last year and it was such a fun day! 🐂🎪
If you haven’t been before, it’s definitely worth checking out — antique stalls, market stalls, local produce, food trucks, live music, entertainment and plenty to see and explore. 🛍️🍔🎶

We’re heading to Dardanup on Saturday 10 October and starting our day with morning tea at the Leschenault Waterways Discovery Centre, followed by a stroll along the beautiful jetty before heading to the festival.

Kings Park Wildflower Festival
Monday 21 September
Enjoy a day surrounded by vibrant wildflowers during the annual Kings Park Wildflower Festival. Start with a relaxing morning tea followed by free time to explore the park in full bloom, there are plenty of photo opportunities to capture the stunning scenery. A three-course, seafood feast at Twin Fin, followed by some time for shopping before we head home.

Drome Dairy Body and Skin
Friday 16 October
Your day begins with a relaxing morning tea at Noble Falls, where you can soak in the natural beauty of the surrounding bushland. We then continue to Drome Dairy Body and Skin, where you’ll meet Max and hear his remarkable story of working with camels. Diagnosed with Retinitis Pigmentosa, a condition that has left him almost totally blind, Max has overcome extraordinary challenges — from competing in the Paralympics twice to earning a PhD in Agricultural Science. His determination led to the creation of Drome Dairy, where camel milk is transformed into natural skincare products celebrated for their healing, soothing, and anti-inflammatory qualities. Next, we’ll enjoy a delicious two-course, multi-choice lunch at the historic Victoria Hotel. After lunch, take some free time to wander Toodyay’s charming main street, discovering local shops, galleries, and hidden treasures at your own pace. On our return journey, we’ll make one final stop.
