We’re thrilled to have Truffle Hill joining us at Forage & Feast: Manjimup Truffle Uncovered this Saturday!

Truffle Hill has played an important role in putting Manjimup truffles on the world stage. Established in 1997, it was a pioneer of black truffle farming on the Australian mainland and today its 52-hectare estate features more than 55 kilometres of hazel and oak trees, alongside vineyards and orchards. Their continued focus on research, quality and new visitor experiences makes them a fantastic example of how our local truffle industry continues to evolve.

MEET THEM AT THE MARKET

Come and visit the truffle.hill team at their stall at Forage & Feast, learn more about their truffles and discover the products and experiences available at their Seven Day Road estate.

But why let the truffle adventure finish when the market closes?

🐕 HEAD OUT TO TRUFFLE HILL FOR A REAL TRUFFLE HUNT!

After enjoying the market, continue your Forage & Feast experience with a visit to Truffle Hill Estate, where their expertly trained dogs will take you into the truffière in search of Manjimup's famous black Périgord truffles. Guests learn how truffles grow, how the dogs locate them and how each truffle is checked for ripeness—with the opportunity to get hands-on and uncover one from beneath the soil.

Forage & Feast Weekend Hunts:
🌳 Friday 7 August – 10:00am
🌳 Saturday 8 August – 2:30pm
🌳 Sunday 9 August – 10:00am
