This is an excellent interview with Dean Long (CEO of the Australian Travel Industry Association) regarding the industry’s request for the government to lower its current advice for transit through the Middle East.

With thousands of passengers travelling through the Middle East onto other destinations without issue, and airlines returning to their full routing schedules, Dean Long is asking for the government to review their advice, in line with many other countries around the world. This will mean that limitations on insurance will be reduced and clients can travel with confidence again!
