🥭 BIG THINGS ARE HAPPENING AT TOU’S GARDEN!
It’s been a busy few weeks on the farm, and we wouldn’t have it any other way!

From new bitumen roads to our new fertiliser & chemical shed and the extension of our COVID Café, we’re investing in the farm and, most importantly, in our people. And now, with the Stage 6 power connection, there’s plenty happening behind the scenes as we continue building for the future!

We believe that looking after our team means creating a workplace where people feel safe, comfortable, valued and supported.

Better facilities + better working conditions = happier staff + more productive staff

And when our team is happy, Tou’s Garden grows stronger! 🥭

From Timor-Leste to the heart of our farm, Garoz has been part of our journey since 2016, and what a journey it's been! Starting out and growing every single year, picking up new skills, taking on more responsibility, and working harder than ever.

Today we celebrate not just another birthday, but everything Garoz has become a true asset to our team and a reminder of what dedication and hard work can build over the years.

Meet Mr Harley, Mr Tugyean & Miss Mayum, officially employed to watch the mangoes… apparently they misunderstood the job description and decided to EAT THEM instead! 🤣🥭

Building the Future of Tou’s Garden – Stage 6 Expansion 🥭

Our hardworking irrigation team, led by Farm Manager Brother Tai , Muangchon Khomklang, is making excellent progress on our Stage 6 development.

Underground irrigation requires precise measurements down to the second, accurate planning, and years of practical experience. Every pipe and connection must be installed correctly to support the future growth of our mango trees.

A big thank you to Brother Tai and the entire team for their determination and commitment. Everyone is excited to complete this important project before we enter the busy mango harvest season.

When these two beautiful flowers bloom at the same time, we know something special is happening at Tou’s Garden.

🥭 The mango flower promises fruit for the body, nourishing, delicious and full of goodness.

🌼 And the bush turkey flower reminds us of something just as important: a little beauty, joy and nourishment for the soul.

Every year, we look forward to seeing these two flowers shine together. They are a beautiful reminder that farming is not only about growing food it is about growing life, creating memories and appreciating the beauty of nature around us. 🌿
