Finally fixed drivers door lock mechanism.
Removed flooded with degreaser and. Then re-lubricated with silicone. How long..... We'll see.👍👍👍

The new inverter getting a coffee test before the ladies head out on south west adventure.
Smooth as. Took solar about 3 minutes to fully recharged. 🤣

No longer needed. The intake and recirculation system completely removed.

Rebuilt wing mirror and replaced bottom bolt for securing obscured mirror..Just spray and reattach spotties

Finally visor back on.Some issues with the panel beaters changing the shape causing the top curled edge to foul. Remove...

Finally visor back on.

Some issues with the panel beaters changing the shape causing the top curled edge to foul.

Removed again and ground out their bog job to close up the opened rolled edge.

Success.
Top rivet easy. Bottom had to lift up visor to get in.
Once brackets attached tightening bolts saw clearance of touching edge increase.☺️👌🙌

New windscreen back in. New seal and some black goop. Not enough black goop for my liking.
